It is well known that without water we simply cannot exist. It does not matter what form of liquid you consume, depending on the weather, especially the temperature and activity, you will need about 1 liter per day – about 2 liters.

The problem is that, like many other things, we have to pay for them. You just need to go to the store and look at the shelves with drinks – again, the price increases significantly. This is understandable given the current situation in the world, but it will never help our wallets.

So no wonder people are trying to look for the cheapest option. And 1 of them is to drink water from the tap that flows to us at home. Of course, it is also necessary to pay in the form of water and sewage, but the price per 1 liter here is slightly lower than bottled water from the store.

But the problem is that many people don\’t know if it\’s appropriate to consume it this way. After all, it can contain all kinds of bacteria and viruses. This is why they often boil it to get rid of bacteria – but this continues to increase its price, due to the consumption of gas and electricity. Is this really necessary?

In fact, no. If it is not a small baby or a person allergic to any of the ingredients contained in it, then in our country there is no need to worry. The water treatment plant, through which all the water flowing from our taps passes, is at a sufficiently high level. The limits of chlorine and other substances added to maintain cleaning and quality are also at such a level that even long-term consumption will not harm us.

The truth is that the cheapest bottled water we can buy in the store is simply bottled from the tap. And as for the more expensive ones, they usually have a high content of minerals that can be beneficial to the body, but can cause health problems with long-term high intake.

Therefore, do not be afraid to use what flows to you at home. It is not only cheaper, but also more environmentally friendly. What more can you ask for?
